Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns to RYCO Kitchenworks are subject to approval. No returns or credits will be issued to the customer without written approval from RYCO Kitchenworks.

If you must return an item, please reach out to RYCO Kitchenworks as soon as possible to begin the return approval process. We will work with you to understand the reasons for return, and through this process will determine the eligibility of returning items. If approved, you will receive an email from RYCO Kitchenworks with further return details for organizing freight.

Items being returned must be in new unused condition and in the original packaging.

Some items may incur additional freight charges and restocking fees, to be determined at the time of the return approval process.

Custom items and products, items built-to-order, used, special stock, or any modified items shall not be applicable for return or refund.  

Approved returns will be credited or refunded to the customer’s credit card or original payment method, minus any additional freight or restocking charges once received and inspected by RYCO Kitchenworks or our vendor and manufacturing partners. If returned equipment is not in new unused condition without the original packaging, RYCO Kitchenworks reserves the right to not issue full refund.

Any items returned to RYCO Kitchenworks that have not been approved for return shall be refused, will not be issued credit or refund, and shall incur all additional freight charges back to the customer.

RYCO Kitchenworks does not take responsibility for any returns due to error by the customer. This includes any errors resulting from electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or any other connections. Please ensure that the equipment being ordered is suitable for your site conditions.

SPECIFICATION CHANGES

While infrequent, it does sometimes happen that equipment and item specifications change without notice. This is due to various changes with our partners during the manufacturing process, or corrections to any errors. RYCO Kitchenworks does not take any responsibility for changing specifications to equipment or items, including any changes to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC or otherwise.

It is the responsibility of the customer to read and review the manufacturer spec sheets for the equipment, and to ensure that the equipment is suitable for their site conditions.

WARRANTIES

All items and equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. RYCO Kitchenworks does not warranty any equipment or items in-house, nor do we provide additional or extended warranties.

In some cases, additional or extended warranties may be offered and serviced through the manufacturer and may be purchased online through RYCO Kitchenworks.  

Warranty information is provided in the manufacturer’s equipment spec sheet. If there are any questions about warranty coverage or timelines, please reach out to us and we can assist you with additional information from the manufacturer.

To process a warranty claim, please reach out directly to the manufacturer warranty contact.  In some instances, the manufacturer requires that equipment is registered directly with them to activate warranty coverage. Details for this will be provided with your item or equipment manuals shipped in the packaging. Please review all materials that arrive with your items and equipment prior to installation and use.

Oftentimes, manufacturer warranty processes require the following information from you. It is handy to have ready for your initial call or online process:

  • Equipment Model #

  • Serial #

  • Proof of Purchase (Invoice or Receipt)

  • Date of Purchase

  • Date of Installation

RYCO Kitchenworks takes no responsibility for the approval or denial of any warranty claims via our manufacturing or vendor partners.
