What is the best combi oven for me?

Depends on your menu, volume (current and future), space layout and electrical/mechanical requirements. 

Our team is equipped to help you find the best combi oven for your business. While our team is small, we are stacked with talent from foodservice industry backgrounds. What are the electrical/mechanical requirements?

Combi ovens are powerful pieces of kit, so they require more services than the standard hotline equipment line-up. We’ll need to take into account: 

  • Electrical (appropriate voltage and phase)
  • Plumbing (water line in, high heat drain, steam boiler type)
  • Ventilation (can it work under an existing hood or should we look at ventless options)
